MX ENGINE REBUILD 4-STROKE 

Includes:

- Complete disassembly/ vapor-blast cleaning/ inspection of entire engine internals for wear damage and missing parts.

- Surface lapping of all gasket surfaces to ensure flatness for proper gasket mating.

- Re-assembly with New Parts as needed (bearings, seals, gaskets, piston, crankshaft, clutch, hardware, misc. parts) Includes all proper tolerance measurements and torque specs.

- Cylinder head disassembly, vapor-blast cleaning/ de-carbon, inspection. Polish valves, inspect springs and wear surfaces. Valve seat cutting and new valve parts available at additional cost as required.

- Diamond hone de-glazing of cylinder wall. (cylinder boring and Nikasil re-coating done at additional cost as required)

- Valve clearance re-checked and set.

- New engine hardware kits available at additional cost as required/requested.

- Stripped thread and case damage repairs done at additional cost as required.
